【Financial News, Naju = Hwang Tae-jong】Naju-si has built the integrated business support platform “Naju-si bizon” and will begin full-scale operations on Dec. 1.
The aim is to systematically integrate and manage business support information that had been scattered across agencies and conveniently provide businesses with a wide range of information they need on a single platform.
Naju-si said on the 6th that it had built the “Naju-si Business Support IT Portal (Naju-si bizon),” the first platform in Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City to provide integrated business support information, and was piloting it from the 2nd through the 30th.
Yoon Byung-tae, mayor of Naju-si, stressed, “The establishment of this business support IT portal is significant because it provides an online foundation for managing business-related information comprehensively and enabling companies, investors and job seekers to access the information they need in one place.”
“Naju-si bizon” offers a broad range of services, from business support policies and industrial park information to investment and recruitment information and business promotion. It reduces the burden on businesses of searching for information and enables them to quickly find what they need for their activities.
Key services include searches for business support programs; information on lot sales and tenant companies by industrial park; investment-related information; recruitment information for local businesses; and business promotion.
Businesses in Naju and prospective entrepreneurs can check various business support programs and related policies. Companies hoping to invest in Naju or considering locating there can review information on industrial parks, lots for sale and tenant companies, and use it as basic material for developing investment plans. Job seekers preparing to enter the workforce can check companies’ hiring status and recruitment information, which is expected to improve access to information for both businesses and job seekers.
Naju-si will also provide a business promotion feature to showcase local companies’ information and activities, along with a chat function to facilitate smooth communication through the collaboration lounge and expand opportunities for information exchange and cooperation among businesses.
Naju-si plans to use the pilot period through the 30th to review the portal’s key functions and the information it provides, incorporate user feedback and make improvements, including to usability, before launching the official service on Dec. 1.
Mayor Yoon Byung-tae said, “We have taken great care in designing and operating the service so businesses can find the information they need more easily and accurately. We ask business representatives and job seekers to take an interest in it and make use of it.”
