Lim Young-woong before your eyes, fireworks overhead... Reliving a stadium night in theaters

[Financial News] As anticipation builds for the immersive experience Lim Young-woong’s stadium concert will offer in a four-sided ScreenX theater, the film’s main trailer was released on the 6th.
According to his agency, Mulgogi Music, and CJ CGV Co., Ltd., the concert film ‘Lim Young-woong | IM HERO THE STADIUM 2’ will open at CGV theaters nationwide on the 18th. It will be screened in a four-sided ScreenX theater for the first time among Lim Young-woong’s films.
Four-sided ScreenX is a specialty theater that extends images across the front and side walls all the way to the ceiling. Sky-blue light sticks filling the stadium stage and stands, along with a drone show and fireworks in the night sky, unfold as if enveloping the audience. The film also features Lim Young-woong’s songs, live band performances and the dance team’s performances.
The main trailer, released that day through Lim Young-woong’s official social media accounts, opens with fans cheering and calling his name. Marking the 10th anniversary of his debut, it looks back on the time he has spent with his fandom, Hero Generation, and shows scenes from the concert and the audience. Lim Young-woong said, “I want to be with all of you for the next 10 years, too.” Ticket sales will begin at 10 a.m. on the 9th, in sequence by theater.
The Korea Childhood Cancer Foundation announced on the 3rd that it had received the 2 million won prize from Good Star’s October King of Singers competition in Lim Young-woong’s name. This brings the cumulative donations made in his name through Good Star to 138.05 million won. The donation will go toward a care and treatment cost support program that helps families of children with cancer and rare, intractable diseases with caregiving, living and food expenses.
