Park Han-na, CEO of Mobilwithus, said on the 5th that security technology to protect the internals of software-driven devices such as cars and robots is in demand worldwide.
Mobilwithus won the Seoul Mayor’s Award, the grand prize, at the 10th G Valley Startup Competition 2026, held on the 4th. The company develops embedded security solutions for automotive electronic control units (ECUs). It has technology that uses the security functions of semiconductors installed in vehicles to implement security systems without requiring separate hardware changes. It currently supplies its solutions for at least 30 production vehicle models, and the cumulative number of vehicles equipped with them has exceeded 800,000.
Park said, “Security technology usually works quietly without drawing attention, but I think it has received a little more notice this time,” adding, “I’d like to share the joy of this award with the engineers who have quietly worked to develop the technology.”
Mobilwithus plans to step up its business expansion. Having focused on the automotive sector so far, it is looking to enter the European market and expand into robotics next year. It also plans to secure investment in the first half of next year.
Park emphasized, “Our goal is to become a company that is more than just a software and solutions provider—a partner that stays by our clients’ side for life,” adding, “We will work to achieve stronger business results in global markets rather than limiting ourselves to the domestic market.”
