Appier said on the 5th that it will showcase its conversational platform BotBonnie at Mobidays’ “Marketer’s Night,” to be held on the 12th at Mobi Building in Seoul’s Gangnam District.
Social media and messaging channels have become key touchpoints where consumers ask brands about products and consider making purchases.
Appier plans to outline how conversations on these channels can go beyond simply responding to inquiries: by identifying consumers’ interests and purchase intent, they can be connected to product recommendations and purchase support.
At the event, a strategy for delivering personalized experiences will be presented under the theme “From Chat to Purchase: How Agentic AI Turns Customer Conversations into Revenue.” A subsequent BotBonnie demonstration will show how AI answers questions and recommends products based on brand information.
BotBonnie is a no-code platform that can be used without any coding. Powered by an “AI Knowledge Bot” trained on brands’ product and service information, it helps handle inquiries, recommend products, support purchases and respond to post-purchase inquiries.
A panel discussion will also be held on the theme “What We Learned Growing Alongside Brands.” Drawing on experiences working with brands, the panelists will share practical examples of improving consumer experiences and marketing performance.
“Questions consumers ask brands are an important opportunity to understand what they need,” said Lee Ju-ha, head of enterprise solutions sales at Appier Korea. “Agentic AI can use conversations to provide the necessary information and products at the right time and support a natural experience throughout the purchase journey.”
