[Financial News] KT has unveiled a specialized platform that assesses companies’ levels of artificial intelligence (AI) transformation (AX) and recommends tailored solutions. It will help companies develop AX strategies suited to their own environments without having to search through complex technology and service information one item at a time.
KT said on the 5th that it had launched 'KT AX Biz Portal,' a specialized AX platform for businesses.
AX Biz Portal is a platform that brings together AX strategies and solutions by industry, solutions for specific business challenges, and real-world adoption cases. Depending on their level of AX adoption, companies can review strategies for each stage—exploration, pilot, expansion and optimization—and compare the services they need.
Its core feature is the 'AX Solution Consultant.' When companies provide answers to six items, including their level of data utilization and demand for business innovation, the platform assesses their current AX status and presents tailored solutions in a report. It also recommends approaches suited to each company’s challenges, such as customer service center innovation, data utilization and AI service development.
The platform also provides information on KT’s key AX products, including 'Token Factory,' 'Agentic On' and 'NPU LLM Station.' Companies can use it to explore the services they need, from building AI infrastructure and utilizing data to adopting AI agents and managing operations. They can also consult experts from KT and domestic and international technology partners as needed.
KT plans to enhance AX Biz Portal into a platform that supports not only companies’ search for information but also strategy development, actual adoption and service expansion.
Park Sang-won, head of KT’s AX Business Division, said, “It will serve as a digital consultant that makes it easy to find AX strategies and solutions optimized for business environments.”
