“My son works at NVIDIA, my daughter at Meta” ... Actress Kim Bo-yeon shares update on her children

[Financial News]  Actress Kim Bo-yeon said her daughter works at Meta and her son at NVIDIA. She shared an update on her children, who work for global information technology (IT) companies, and revealed how much allowance they give her each year.
On the 4th, the YouTube channel “Real Actresses” released a video titled, “Spent time with fellow actors for the first time in a while, including Lee Yo-won, Lee Bo-hee, Jin Kyung and Lee Hye-sook. Went to a fashion show featuring luxury looks, and to Haneul Park, brimming with autumn colors.”
That day, Kim Bo-yeon attended a charity fashion show with actors Kim Young-ran, Lee Kyung-jin and Ahn So-young. At the venue, they greeted fellow entertainers they had not seen in a while and continued chatting.
During the event, Kim Bo-yeon introduced her daughter and son, who had come from places including New York and Seattle in the United States, to her fellow actors.
Kim Bo-yeon’s children stood up and bowed at a 90-degree angle as they greeted the others. The actors returned their greetings warmly.
Their workplaces were also revealed. When Lee Kyung-jin asked where they worked, Kim Bo-yeon replied, “My daughter works at Facebook (Meta), and my son works at NVIDIA.” She said both children work for global IT companies in the United States.
Lee Kyung-jin also wondered whether the children gave their mother spending money. Lee Kyung-jin asked, “Do they give you an allowance too, Mom?” Kim Bo-yeon joked, “They only give me $10,000 a year. Those kids!” making those around her laugh.
She also shared how she felt about her children having grown up and living their lives at their respective workplaces. Kim Bo-yeon said, “It’s still fun. Now that I don’t have to worry about the kids, I feel like I can finally live,” expressing her relief at having less of the burden of raising them.
