The 2026 Seoul Classic Car Show opened on the 30th at the lawn plaza by COEX’s East Gate in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
Co-hosted by COEX and the Korea Classic Car Association and organized by Autocar Korea, the event was held over three days, through November 1.
Now in its second year, the Seoul Classic Car Show is being held under the theme “In Search of Korea’s Classic Cars.”
Going beyond a simple car exhibition, the event also features programs involving private owners and an academic forum, examining from multiple angles the state of classic car preservation in Korea, their cultural value, and related policy challenges.
A total of 18 rare cars from different eras are on display at the venue, including a 1930s Cord L-29 Cabriolet, a 1950s Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing, and a 1960s Ford Thunderbird Roadster.
Visitors can take a close look at the body designs, interior layouts, and mechanical features of cars from each era.
An interactive area has also been set up where visitors can get into the Ford Thunderbird Roadster and take commemorative photos.
