[Financial News] CJ OliveNetworks said on the 4th that it is offering baseball content related to the KBO Korean Series and discounts on merchandise through its lifestyle membership app, CJ ONE.
The CJ ONE app has added a “2026 KBO League” menu, bringing together KBO League-related content and benefits during the Korean Series.
In particular, it has worked with major CJ brands such as TVING, CJ CGV Co., Ltd., and CJ OnStyle to put together content that lets baseball fans enjoy the Korean Series in more varied ways.
Fans can find information on game schedules and live-streaming pages; KBO League short-form content and highlights; ticketing for Korean Series theater watch parties; and team-specific cheering merchandise. They can click on information of interest on the event page to see more details right away, and watch highlight videos within the CJ ONE app as well.
Special benefits are also available exclusively to CJ ONE members. Baseball fans can purchase merchandise for the team they support at a special price with a 5% discount on a hidden discount page accessible through the app.
With this single menu, baseball fans are expected to be able to enjoy the Korean Series season more conveniently, from watching games and cheering on their teams to buying merchandise. CJ ONE plans to connect various CJ services around members’ interests and broaden the experience of using services such as watching content, booking tickets, and purchasing products.
Lim A-jin, who is in charge of CJ ONE, said, “CJ ONE is moving beyond being a membership program for earning and using points and becoming a platform where members discover and experience the content and brands they love,” adding, “We will continue to take a close look at members’ interests and lifestyles and evolve into a lifestyle membership platform that organically connects content, benefits, and brand experiences.”
