[Financial News] Samsung Electronics TVs ranked No. 1 overall in an evaluation by a U.S. consumer publication, taking the top spot in every screen-size category.
According to industry sources on the 4th, Samsung Electronics ranked first in every size category in Consumer Reports (CR)’s evaluation of the “Best TVs of 2026,” released last month, from extra-large TVs measuring 70 inches or more to small 32-inch TVs.
The evaluation covered a total of 358 products. It assessed key features, including resolution, the number of HDMI input ports, and support for streaming services and voice recognition.
In particular, Samsung Electronics’ quantum dot (QD)-OLED TV, the “QN65S95H,” scored 91 points to take first place in the overall Best TV category.
CR called the product “one of the best TVs consumers can buy today” and gave high marks for its excellent picture quality and HDR performance, as well as its increased brightness compared with the previous model.
It added that “with a high refresh rate of up to 165 hertz (Hz) and a 4.2.2-channel Dolby Atmos sound system, it delivers excellent performance in both picture quality and sound.”
The previous model, “QN65S95F,” was also well received as a product that offered excellent picture quality, HDR, and audio performance at a reasonable price.
In the rankings by screen size, the QN77S95H (91 points) took first place in the 70-inch-and-larger category, followed by the 65-inch QN65S90FD (91 points), 55–60-inch QN55S95H (90 points), 46–52-inch QN48S90H (89 points), 39–43-inch QN42S90H (88 points), and 32-inch UN32F6000F (60 points), each topping its respective category.
