[Financial News] Bespin Global has unveiled an artificial intelligence (AI) agent that performs tasks by directly operating internal company systems. Its key feature is automating multistep tasks—including document creation, data analysis, and system searches and data entry—going beyond simple question-and-answer interactions.
Bespin Global said on the 3rd that it had launched HelpNow Computer, an execution-oriented AI agent.
HelpNow Computer is an enterprise AI solution that turns users’ work requests into action plans and directly operates browsers, applications, and external systems. It can access enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or groupware to enter data and handle application and submission tasks.
It also supports document work and data analysis. It can read, edit, and create files in Portable Document Format (PDF), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Hangul (HWP), and analyze scanned documents and screens to extract the information needed. In response to natural-language questions, it generates and runs the SQL needed to query databases, then organizes the results into tables, charts, or reports.
Complex tasks are divided into multiple steps. The AI determines the order of tasks and manages their execution, retries, and whether to stop. Repetitive tasks are standardized so other employees can use them as well. The solution also supports integration with existing enterprise services, including email and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
It also incorporates security features because it accesses internal company systems. It restricts access based on user permissions, records work histories, and provides personal information detection and blocking. Tasks can be run in an environment isolated from external systems, and high-risk tasks can be configured to require approval from the person in charge.
The solution can also be deployed to suit each company’s IT environment. It supports a range of AI models, including Llama, Qwen, HyperCLOVA X, and EXAONE, and can be installed not only on public cloud platforms but also on companies’ own servers and in air-gapped environments.
Bespin Global plans to apply the solution in six areas: public-sector civil services and administration, management reporting, IT operations, contract review, sales, and market research. During the initial adoption phase, the AI will analyze tasks and propose ways to carry them out; the scope of actual task execution will then be expanded based on validation results.
HelpNow Computer will be integrated into Bespin Global’s enterprise AI workflow platform, HelpNow Flex.
Park Gi-cheol, head of Bespin Global’s HelpNow Development Division, said, “HelpNow Computer is an enterprise AI agent that turns employees’ work requests into actual deliverables.”
