“Because of 22,000 pyeong of land...” Sunwoo Yong-nyeo breaks down in tears while talking about her late husband

[Financial News]  Actress Sunwoo Yong-nyeo, 82, shed tears as she said her husband had died while pursuing a lawsuit over 22,000 pyeong of land. Remembering her husband, who died in 2014, she expressed how much she missed him, saying he would have lived longer if it hadn’t been for the trial.
On October 31, a video featuring Sunwoo Yong-nyeo was uploaded to singer Baek Ji-young’s YouTube channel. Sunwoo shared stories drawn from her own experiences with Baek Ji-young and her husband, Jung Suk-won.
During the conversation, Sunwoo Yong-nyeo shared an anecdote that showed how much her husband cherished her while he was alive. She recounted something that happened between her husband and their daughter: “I didn’t know this, but apparently, my husband was watching TV with our daughter Yeonje when he was alive, and when a pretty woman came on, he said, ‘Hey, your mom is the best.’”
As Sunwoo Yong-nyeo talked about memories of her husband, she suddenly began to cry. “That makes me think of him. I miss him,” she said, wiping away her tears with her hand.
She went on to talk about the trial her husband had faced while he was alive. Sunwoo Yong-nyeo recalled the time when the lawsuit was underway, saying, “My husband would have lived a long time if he hadn’t had to go through the trial. He didn’t drink or smoke.”
She said the person involved in the lawsuit was someone her husband had trusted like a father. Sunwoo Yong-nyeo began, “But then, to someone he trusted like a father, 22,000 pyeong of land...” but could not finish what she was saying.
Sunwoo Yong-nyeo revealed that her husband had endured considerable stress over a land-related lawsuit. “My husband died while the trial was going on. The trial process was so frightening,” she said, explaining that she was widowed while the lawsuit was underway.
Sunwoo Yong-nyeo shed tears as she talked about her husband dying while the lawsuit was underway, and also expressed how much she wanted to see him again.
Sunwoo Yong-nyeo married her husband, Kim Se-myeong, and they had two children. Kim died in 2014.
