10,000 people flock to Namchuncheon Centerville model home in three days

[Financial News] Around 10,000 people flocked over three days to the model home for Namchuncheon Centerville, being built on the site of the former Haengbok Wedding Hall in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province. The complex will comprise 264 units, with six basement levels and 39 above-ground floors, and unit areas ranging from 59 to 84 sq. m. Move-in is scheduled for October 2030.
According to the real estate industry on the 2nd, two units were set up at the Namchuncheon Centerville model home: Type 84A and Type 84E, both with an exclusive area of 84 sq. m.
Type 84A features a four-bay, slab-style layout, with a walk-in closet and powder room in the main bedroom, as well as a living-room pantry and storage by the entrance. Type 84E also offers a variety of storage spaces and a utility room opposite the living-room pantry.
For the first time in Chuncheon, the complex will have a fitness center and guesthouse in the sky community on the 39th floor, its top floor. The top-floor guesthouse will feature a private terrace, offering views of both the natural scenery around Gongjicheon Stream and Chuncheon’s cityscape.
Parking is provided at a ratio of 1.46 spaces per household, with parking areas and vehicle routes for commercial and residential facilities kept separate.
Residents can access a range of everyday convenience services through an integrated mobile application (app). Luggage-delivery robots can carry belongings from the underground parking garage to a household storage unit or the front door, while a barista robot serves coffee in the sky lounge.
The complex is being built along Chuncheon-ro, a main road connecting Chuncheon’s urban center with its outskirts. Namchuncheon Station, served by the Gyeongchun Line and ITX-Cheongchun, as well as the Chuncheon Express and Intercity Bus Terminal, is also nearby. Major shopping facilities, including Lotte Mart and Emart, and medical facilities, including Kangwon National University Hospital, are close by.
Applications open on the 9th for special supply, followed by first-priority applications on the 10th and second-priority applications on the 11th. For general supply, first-priority applicants must be at least 19 years old and live in Chuncheon or Gangwon Province, have held a housing subscription savings account for at least six months, and meet the required deposit thresholds for their region and unit area. Both household heads and other household members may apply. Resale restrictions, restrictions on winning again, and mandatory residency periods do not apply.
