[Financial News] Renault Korea Co., Ltd. has made popular convenience features standard on its flagship crossover, the Renault Filante, and enhanced its warranty benefits.
Renault Korea Co., Ltd. said on the 2nd that it will launch the Noir Edition, based on the top-trim Esprit Alpine of the Filante, on the 5th in a limited run of 1,000 units.
Noir means “black” in French. The company said it completed the Filante’s dynamic design with the restrained sophistication characteristic of black and added design details unique to the Noir Edition.
The exterior centers on a metallic black finish and features edition-exclusive 20-inch all-black Sicane alloy wheels and side emblems bearing the Esprit Alpine logo. Noir Edition details are also incorporated throughout the body, including the metallic black roof and tailgate, silver headlamp accents, and a silver diamond logo and Filante emblem on the rear.
The interior is also styled around a black theme. It features an edition-exclusive nameplate, black suede headliner, and black Nappa synthetic leather seats. The OpenR Panorama Screen, which consists of three displays stretching from the driver’s seat to the front passenger seat, has a new edition-exclusive wallpaper.
Standard features worth approximately 2.5 million won include a Bose premium sound system, active noise cancellation, and an augmented-reality head-up display.
The vehicle also comes with Renault Korea Co., Ltd.’s free extended-warranty service, offering coverage of “7 years or 140,000 km.” The warranty period for the body, general components, and major engine and powertrain components is extended to up to 7 years or 140,000 km. The existing coverage remains unchanged at 8 years or 160,000 km for hybrid-specific components and 10 years or 200,000 km for the high-voltage battery.
The price is 51,939,000 won after the eco-friendly vehicle tax benefits are applied. Buyers can opt for the Noir Edition accessory package, which includes power side steps and Filante door spotlights, with a 30% purchase benefit.
Meanwhile, Renault Korea Co., Ltd. is holding its Renault Sale Festa through the 30th. During the event, customers purchasing a Filante or Grand Koleos can receive a special annual interest rate of 2.99% on a 36-month term through partner financial institutions. Detailed purchase terms for each model are available at Renault Korea Co., Ltd. dealerships nationwide and on its official website.
