“Baked in the oven as soon as you order” ... Paris Baguette unveils made-to-order “Pava Grill”

[Financial News] Paris Baguette is unveiling a lineup of bakery items that can serve as meal replacements, baked in high-temperature ovens at its stores.
According to industry sources on the 2nd, Paris Baguette is launching “Pava Grill,” which will be baked warm in an oven as soon as customers place their orders.
Pava Grill is a made-to-order lineup built around the concept of “the most delicious moment at Paris Baguette,” offering products at their optimal temperature and texture. Each item is baked fresh in-store as soon as it is ordered, bringing out its warm flavor and aroma. The lineup consists of six menu items that can be enjoyed as a convenient, satisfying meal.
Pava Grill uses a Kolb oven, which rapidly bakes products with hot air at 280°C, to create a crisp exterior and a moist interior. Items are baked in the oven and served warm for both dine-in and takeout orders. The lineup also includes air-fryer instructions for reheating products after they have cooled following takeout.
A Paris Baguette spokesperson said, “We introduced Pava Grill so customers can experience the taste and aroma of freshly baked, warm products at their best.” The spokesperson added, “We hope you enjoy the most delicious moment in bread, as envisioned by Paris Baguette, with Pava Grill, baked as soon as you order.”
