According to industry sources on the 1st, INNOBIZ is accepting applications through the 11th for participating companies in the “2027 High-Growth Innovative Companies” program.
Eligible applicants are INNOBIZ companies in the three mega industries—semiconductors, physical AI, and AI data centers—and the seven seed industries—small modular reactors (SMRs), nuclear fusion, renewable energy, quantum technology, aerospace, advanced biotech, and advanced supply chains. No more than 50 companies will be selected.
INNOBIZ plans to provide first-year selected companies with consulting to assess each company’s growth potential and business status and develop a mid- to long-term growth strategy. Around 30 of them will be recommended for the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME)’s “Jump Up 500” program. Recommended companies will be exempt from the written evaluation.
Starting in the second year, follow-up support will be coordinated based on annual performance reviews. Support areas include research and development (R&D), policy financing, export and market development, talent acquisition, and initial public offerings (IPOs).
INNOBIZ Chairman Jeong Gwang-cheon said, “We will build a foundation for growth so that technology-innovative SMEs can scale up and secure competitiveness in global markets.”
