Busan Procurement Service Selects Outstanding Procurement Products from Companies in Busan and Ulsan

[Financial News] The Busan Regional Public Procurement Service announced on the 1st that products from three companies in Busan and Ulsan had been selected in the final round of the 2026 third Outstanding Procurement Products designation review.
Products recognized broadly for their technological capabilities and quality and included in this round of Outstanding Procurement Products designations were: Daon Technics Co., Ltd. (Busan), for its “Rail-Structure Solar Power Generation System Incorporating an Active Solar Junction Box Equipped with an Emergency Power Cutoff Function”; Corel Technology Co., Ltd. (Ulsan), for its “Remote Monitoring and Control System for MMO Anodes, Equipped with a Multichannel Rectifier for Condenser Corrosion Prevention and Output Control”; and Shinjeong Development Special Vehicles Co., Ltd. (Ulsan), for its “Storm Drain Vacuum-Suction and Water-Spraying Truck.”
Outstanding Procurement Products are designated through rigorous evaluation from among products made by small and medium-sized enterprises and early-stage mid-sized companies, based on their technological and product quality. Under the law, designated products may be purchased through direct contracts for up to six years and receive policy support to expand market access through measures such as the priority purchasing system.
Kim Young-hoon, head of the Busan Regional Public Procurement Service, said, “I commend the valuable achievements of local businesses that have confronted difficult economic conditions head-on through technological innovation.” He added, “Going forward, I will continue to improve regulations that hinder business growth through proactive administration that communicates with businesses on the ground, and spare no effort in providing policy support so local businesses can achieve sustained growth using public procurement as a stepping stone.”
