[Financial News] EcoPro Group promoted a total of 14 executives in its regular reshuffle: three to vice president and 11 to managing director.
On the 30th, EcoPro said the reshuffle was intended to strengthen its future competitiveness and develop the next generation of management talent in response to a rapidly changing business environment. The company also plans to strengthen field-oriented management led by executives.
The three newly appointed vice presidents are Oh Sang-young, a managing director at EcoPro BM; Lee Jong-cheol, a managing director at EcoPro Materials; and Choi Seon-mi, a managing director at EcoPro Innovation.
Eleven directors were promoted to managing director. Six were from the holding company, EcoPro; two were from EcoPro HN; and one each was from EcoPro BM, EcoPro EM, and EcoPro Materials.
EcoPro said the promotees were recognized for enhancing the stability and credibility of group management and laying the groundwork for future competitiveness. Their achievements in increasing overseas orders to strengthen sales competitiveness and actively pursuing future technology development were also reflected in the reshuffle.
An EcoPro official said, “This reshuffle is intended to select people with both a strong track record and growth potential, broaden the pool of candidates for the next management team, and systematically cultivate next-generation leaders who will drive the group’s medium- and long-term growth.” The official added, “We will continue our people-centered management under the principle of fairly rewarding performance and strengthen the group’s future competitiveness.”
