[Financial News] A story has emerged from downtown Busan of passersby stepping in to pick up apples scattered across the road after a truck carrying them overturned.
On the 28th, a post appeared on the online community Threads saying that, at around 3 p.m., a truck loaded with boxes of apples had tipped onto its side on a road near Yeonsan Station in Yeonje District, Busan.
Photos from the scene posted alongside the account showed dozens of yellow plastic crates tangled beside the overturned truck. Apples that had spilled from the crates were scattered as far as the centerline.
According to the author of the post, identified only as A, there were no casualties in the accident.
A recalled, “Right after the accident, several people passing by came out onto the road and began picking up the apples and putting them back in the crates,” adding, “Everyone stayed until the police arrived and the cleanup was finished.”
A went on to say, “I feel that the world is still warm.”
People online who heard the story responded with comments such as “People with such warm hearts,” “Busan people really are tsundere (affectionate despite seeming indifferent),” and “There are still so many warm-hearted people.”
