Why Xi residents gathered at “Elysian Forest” in Seoul Forest

[Financial News] GS Engineering & Construction invited families of Xi residents to “Elysian Forest,” a corporate garden in Seoul Forest, and held “Xi-an Day.” Xi-an Day is a participatory event where people can experience firsthand the spaces and lifestyle content proposed by Xi.
According to GS Engineering & Construction on the 29th, Xi-an Day has been held twice a year since 2025, and this was the fourth event.
The theme was “Our Family Garden Xi Picnic.” Inspired by Jeju’s Gotjawal forest, Elysian Forest preserves as many of the existing trees as possible and harmoniously arranges diverse plantings, walking paths and resting areas.
The event featured a landscape docent tour introducing the garden’s design intent and key plantings, as well as a gardening program involving the planting of silver osmanthus, one of the signature plants used in Xi landscaping.
This year, GS Engineering & Construction has been carrying out a range of brand activities that consumers can experience firsthand. At “HOUSE Xi,” which it unveiled in Seoul’s Seongsu-dong in May, the company presented a vision for the future of housing through residential spaces featuring specialized design, wellness communities and more. A GS Engineering & Construction spokesperson said, “We will continue to work to ensure that people can experience in their everyday lives Xi’s brand philosophy of ‘an experience that makes everyday life special.’”
