[Financial News]  A high-end apartment brand experience center, designed like an art gallery, will open inside the model home for a redevelopment project in Banpo, Seoul.
According to Hyundai Engineering and Construction on the 29th, THE H House is a space that brings THE H’s motto, ‘ONE & ONLY PERFECTION,’ to life. Rather than simply presenting the brand in a series of exhibits, its layout is designed to let visitors experience THE H’s values and aesthetics through what they see, hear and taste.
THE H Banpo 124 is a redevelopment project covering Sections 1, 2 and 4 of Banpo Jugong Apartment Complex 1 in Banpo-dong, Seocho District. The complex will have 50 buildings, with five basement levels and up to 35 above-ground floors, and a total of 5,007 units. Of these, 1,801 units—930 for special supply and 871 for general supply—will be offered for general sale. Move-ins are scheduled for the end of 2027. Analysts say that, with a large number of units going on sale at once in a prime Gangnam-area location, the builder has invested significant effort in the brand experience from the model-home stage.
The sales schedule has also taken shape. According to industry sources, a notice inviting applications for housing will be published on November 27, followed by special-supply applications on December 7 and first-priority applications on December 8. The winners are scheduled to be announced on December 16. The sale price has not yet been finalized.
A Hyundai Engineering and Construction representative said, “THE H Banpo 124 will be a new milestone for THE H, a complex designed with thought not only for the space and the product but also for the lived experiences customers will actually enjoy,” adding, “Through THE H House at the model home, visitors will be able to see firsthand the new residential experience and brand philosophy that THE H proposes.”
