KT Estate to launch 'Namchuncheon Centerville' in downtown Chuncheon

[Financial News] KT Estate, a full-service real estate company within KT Group, will unveil a premium residential complex integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technology at a prime downtown location in Chuncheon, Gangwon State.
KT Estate said on the 29th that it will open the model home for Namchuncheon Centerville, a mixed-use residential and commercial complex being built around 681-12 Hyoja-dong, Chuncheon, on the 30th and begin sales.
The complex will comprise six basement levels and up to 39 floors above ground, with a total of 264 homes. It will offer small- and mid-sized layouts with exclusive-use areas of 59 and 84 square meters, popular with buyers planning to live in the units. Dongbu Construction will carry out the construction.
Namchuncheon Centerville is well located to take advantage of the excellent infrastructure in downtown Chuncheon. ITX Namchuncheon Station, Chuncheon IC and Chuncheon Express Bus Terminal are all nearby, providing excellent access to the Seoul metropolitan area and the wider transportation network.
