KGM invites 20 customer families to its Gunpo site for free inspections and a tour of maintenance facilities

[Financial News] KG Mobility Corporation (KGM) said on the 29th that it had held the “KGM Service Customer Invitation Event” on the 28th at the Gunpo site of the Regional Service Center. The event introduced free vehicle inspections and vehicle maintenance methods and highlighted the importance of regular inspections. It was attended by 20 families, or around 40 people, selected by lottery from among those who applied.
The event began with free inspections of attendees’ vehicles. Around 20 items, including tire pressure and oil and other fluids, were checked as required, and detailed diagnostics were also conducted using diagnostic equipment. The event then featured demonstrations of how to care for vehicles in autumn and winter using actual vehicles, as well as hands-on practice replacing smart key batteries.
Participants toured the maintenance area and facilities for each stage of work at the Gunpo site, including sheet-metal repair, paint color matching and painting, and heard explanations of advanced diagnostic equipment. KGM also held an outdoor band performance using the vehicle-to-load (V2L) function of the KGM Musso EV and prepared souvenirs.
One customer who attended the event said, “It was a very meaningful experience to learn about the importance of regular vehicle maintenance and tips for caring for a vehicle through this customer invitation event.”
In addition to regular services such as summer-holiday and winter vehicle inspections, KGM also offers special inspection services, including inspections of flood-damaged vehicles and electric vehicle safety inspection campaigns.
A KGM official said, “The customer invitation event provided an opportunity to connect with customers through demonstrations using actual vehicles and hands-on activities, and to discuss the need for regular inspections and the importance of vehicle maintenance, which are easy to overlook in everyday life.” The official added, “We plan to continue expanding our range of vehicle inspection services to support safe driving and improve customer satisfaction.”
