[Financial News] NH NongHyup Bank has published a guidebook featuring the latest laws and practical examples to help corporate staff responsible for retirement pensions with their work.
According to sources in the financial sector on the 29th, NH NongHyup Bank has published the 2026 revised edition of ‘Practitioner’s Guide: Easy-to-Understand Retirement Pensions’ to support companies in operating their retirement pension plans.
This revised edition is designed to help payroll and finance staff at companies that operate retirement pension plans more easily resolve the various issues they encounter in their day-to-day work. The guide has also been used as a reference by corporate practitioners, and this year’s edition incorporates relevant laws, tax laws and accounting standards as of August 2026, while adding practical examples that can be used in the field.
The book consists of two parts: ‘Retirement Pension Plans’ and ‘Retirement Pension Practice.’ It explains the features of each type of retirement pension plan and key labor, accounting and tax matters. By organizing the information needed to operate the plans—from calculating contributions and managing accumulated funds to paying retirement benefits—it makes the guide more useful in corporate practitioners’ day-to-day work.
The revised edition will be available at NongHyup Bank branches nationwide starting on the 30th.
Cho Yun-hwan, a department head in NH NongHyup Bank’s Pension Business Department, said, “Retirement pension plans have many complex and challenging aspects, and we deeply understand the difficulties corporate staff face in their work. I hope this revised edition will serve as a guide that eases their workload, even if only a little. We will continue to provide support that offers practical help to our customers.”
