[Financial News] VISANG Education is stepping up efforts to launch a subscription-based education business that combines teaching aids tailored to infant development with professional teacher services. VISANG Education said on the 28th that it had successfully completed a workshop in Busan to train ‘Infant Development Specialists’ for Eduhouse teachers from Jeonju. Held after the two companies signed a contract to build capacity for on-the-ground implementation, the workshop was an intensive two-day, one-night training course.
Teachers who complete the training will work as Infant Development Specialists, visiting families in person to provide one-on-one tailored lessons and assess children’s development. The practice-focused course covered everything from the theory of developmental tasks in infancy to the use of teaching aids in the field.
VISANG Education plans to move away from a product-focused model based on selling individual items such as textbooks and teaching aids, and instead offer an ‘integrated solution’ that combines teaching aids tailored to infants’ developmental stages with assessments and lessons from professional teachers. This will enable parents to receive structured educational support at home that matches their child’s stage of growth.
Kim Yu-mi, director of VISANG Education’s Early Childhood E&D Center, said, “The core value lies not simply in delivering teaching materials, but in having teachers with expertise in infant development directly assess each child’s developmental stage and help them make proper use of the teaching aids.” She added, “We will continue to strengthen our partnership with Eduhouse and provide high-quality subscription class services optimized for infant development.”
