[Financial News] 11st is strengthening its tailored support programs to help newly onboarded sellers establish themselves in the market and grow their sales.
According to industry sources on the 28th, 11st has launched a new “New Seller Growth Mission” program to help new sellers get established. The program’s key feature is to support their stable growth by turning activities needed in the early stages of selling—from listing products to running ads—into missions.
The program consists of four missions: listing at least three products; a first payment occurring; recruiting a customer trial group or securing the first customer review; and running paid or unpaid ads. When sellers complete each mission, they receive either price-discount support of up to 4% for a set period or 30,000 advertising points. Sellers who complete all four missions within 60 days receive an additional 100,000 advertising points.
11st has also lowered the barrier to onboarding for new sellers. It recently simplified the documents that individual business owners and simplified-taxation businesses must submit when joining, reducing the burden of getting started.
The company also offers a range of support measures to ease new sellers’ initial costs. Benefits include product listings on price-comparison websites, price-discount support, 100,000 advertising points, and reduced commission rates across all categories for 12 months.
11st continues to improve its systems to make selling easier. Key features include an “Easy Sign-Up Process” that allows sellers to join in just four steps, and “Automatic Registration of Third-Party Products,” which makes it easy to list products sold on other shopping malls.
Kim Si-jun, head of 11st’s Service Planning Group, said, “We designed the ‘New Seller Growth Mission’ program around key activities in the early stages of selling so that sellers entering the open-marketplace sector can get established easily and quickly.” He added, “We will continue to roll out programs that provide practical help in growing sellers’ sales and work to bring on board competitive new sellers.”
