[Breaking] SK hynix: “12-layer HBM4 products shipping smoothly to key customers”

[Financial News] SK hynix said on the 28th, “Shipments of our 12-layer HBM4 (sixth-generation high-bandwidth memory) products are proceeding smoothly according to the schedule agreed upon with key customers.”
Woo-hyun Kim, CFO, said during the third-quarter earnings conference call that day, “To actively respond to surging customer demand, we are rapidly ramping up the M15X plant and plan to reach full capacity by year-end.”
Kim, the CDO, explained, “Accordingly, in the fourth quarter, HBM4 is expected to surpass HBM3E in its share of both total HBM shipments and revenue, becoming the flagship product.”
