Man sprawls across road in front of Seoul Station, shouting “Leave me alone” and refusing to budge

[Financial News] An alarming scene unfolded when a man sprawled in the middle of the roadway in front of Seoul Station, bringing buses to a halt one after another.
According to JTBC’s “Scandal Supervisor” on the 26th, tipster A saw a man lying on the road directly in front of Seoul Station on the 24th.
Photos released by A show a man lying calmly on the roadway near a crosswalk, resting his head on both arms. Several buses are stopped right beside him, and pedestrians are passing by, creating a situation that could easily have led to an accident.
Unable to watch any longer, a bus driver got out of the vehicle and tried to get the man to his feet. But the man reportedly held out for about three to four minutes, shouting, “Leave me alone.”
The man was reportedly given guidance and a notice related to a violation of the Road Traffic Act by police who responded to the report.
Meanwhile, Article 68, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph 2 of the Road Traffic Act prohibits lying, sitting, or standing on a road in a way that obstructs traffic.
