[Financial News] OB is working to promote a culture of responsible drinking in major commercial districts nationwide.
According to industry sources on the 26th, OB will hold a “Responsible Drinking Campaign” this month at restaurants and bars selling Cass nationwide to mark Global Responsible Drinking Day.
OB’s global headquarters, Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev), established Global Responsible Drinking Day in 2010 to promote a culture of responsible drinking and runs various campaigns around the world every year.
Through a diverse portfolio that includes non-alcoholic beverages such as Cass Zero, OB offers consumers a range of choices so they can enjoy alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in balance, depending on the drinking occasion and their personal preferences.
As part of the campaign, OB visits major Cass-selling establishments nationwide, distributes beer glasses bearing the responsible drinking message “Enjoy every moment with Cass, happily and responsibly” to proprietors, and provides guidance on the proper sale of alcoholic beverages.
The guide includes practical steps to promote a culture of responsible drinking, such as not driving after drinking, not selling alcoholic beverages to anyone under 19, drinking in moderation with food, and choosing a balanced mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Koo Ja-beom, OB’s senior vice president, said, “We will continue our various responsible drinking initiatives so that a proper culture of alcohol sales and responsible drinking habits can take root naturally in everyday life.”
