KB Insurance said on the 26th that it is recruiting for its “2026 second-half new-hire intake” through November 1. Applications can be submitted through the KB Insurance recruitment website.
The open recruitment covers six Grade 4 fields—artificial intelligence (AI) and data, management support, products and actuarial work, asset management, general insurance, and sales management—as well as a Grade 6 sales support position (branch manager).
This recruitment drive focuses on securing talent in AI and data. The company plans to select candidates who can support company-wide digital transformation, including data-driven decision-making and greater work efficiency. Applicants with relevant learning or project experience for each role, as well as professional certifications in insurance, finance, or digital fields, will be given preference.
As the importance of AI-powered work automation and data analysis grows across the insurance industry, the company plans to proactively recruit skilled personnel. It expects to expand the use of digital technologies from insurance product development to contract management and customer service.
Grade 4 candidates will be selected through document screening, an AI competency assessment, a practical interview, an executive interview, and a pre-employment medical examination. The number of hires varies by role.
Grade 6 candidates will proceed to a hiring-linked internship program after document screening, a practical interview, and a pre-employment medical examination. Whether they convert to regular positions will be decided based on an overall assessment of role-specific training, on-the-job training (OJT), and the executive interview. Key duties include supporting insurance contract management in the sales channels of general agencies (GAs).
Successful candidates in both grades are expected to start work in January next year.
