[Financial News] Lotte Duty Free held an event for its top-tier members with Moët Hennessy, a global luxury spirits company.
According to industry sources on the 25th, the event was organized as part of a strategic business agreement signed by Lotte Duty Free and Moët Hennessy at “2026 TFWA World,” the world’s largest duty-free trade show, held last month in Cannes, France.
On the 23rd, Lotte Duty Free held the “Glenmorangie Masterclass” at The Grand Lotte Seoul in Seoul, inviting 20 of its top-tier Korean members. Glenmorangie is a single malt whisky brand from Moët Hennessy, the wine and spirits division of the LVMH Group. Dr. Bill Lumsden, whisky creation director at the Glenmorangie distillery, led the first event of its kind at a duty-free store in Korea.
On the 29th, it will hold a “Prestige Champagne Class” in Busan with Moët Hennessy for 20 of its top-tier Korean members. Five champagnes, including Dom Pérignon, Armand de Brignac and Veuve Clicquot, will be presented.
A Lotte Duty Free representative said, “We will continue to expand our engagement with customers through events that reflect their tastes and differentiated shopping benefits.”
