[Financial News] As large-scale protests in France intensified, Korean Air and Asiana Airlines decided to waive fees for changes to and refunds of tickets to Paris.
According to industry sources on the 23rd, Korean Air and Asiana Airlines are waiving fees for changes to and refunds of tickets to Paris purchased before the 21st, for flights departing between the 21st of this month and the 30th of next month.
For reservation changes, the fee is waived, but customers must pay any fare difference resulting from a change in ticket prices. For round-trip tickets to Paris, the same measure also applies to tickets departing from Paris, but tickets that merely transit through Paris are not eligible.
Trinity Airlines, which operates routes to Paris, has yet to waive fees.
