According to industry sources on the 23rd, Incruit revamped its company information pages so job seekers can check information about current employees before applying for a job.
Following the revamp, users can view the schools employees attended, their majors, certifications and language skills in the “People” tab on each company’s information page. The page also provides employees’ length of service and the proportions who joined as entry-level hires versus experienced hires. Users can also explore career paths, including the companies employees worked for before joining and those they moved to after leaving.
The feature is expected to help job seekers understand a company’s workforce composition and key career paths, and to identify skills they may need or career directions to consider as they prepare for employment.
Meanwhile, Incruit offers features such as an assessment of applicants’ chances of success and cover-letter coaching through its AI-powered recruitment and career service, “Navi.”
