[Financial News] An online service that can handle everything from recruiting applicants to collecting course fees and checking attendance in one place is set to launch.
Jinhak Co., Ltd. said on the 23rd that it had added new management features tailored to the operation of educational institutions to its online form creation service, Araform, including a respondent lottery, course fee payments, and QR-code attendance checks.
The feature revamp focused on easing the difficulties existing online form users faced in managing responses and consolidating tasks that had been handled across multiple systems.
According to a survey Araform conducted for two months starting last August among 78 people with experience using online forms, 39.7% of respondents cited “sorting out duplicate or insincere responses” as the most cumbersome task. This was followed by responses citing difficulty selecting entries that met specific criteria (14.1%) and organizing statistics and charts (14.1%).
Reflecting feedback from users in the field, Araform offers duplicate-response prevention and automatic closure once a first-come, first-served recruitment quota is reached. When a capacity limit is set, registration closes automatically as soon as it is filled, making it easy to manage special lectures and hands-on programs with limited spaces.
The new features significantly reduce the steps involved in tasks at university career centers and educational institutions. After recruiting participants for a program, organizers can send out notices and schedules right away without using a separate email system. On the day of the program, they can immediately check participants’ attendance status using QR codes. For courses that charge fees, payment can also be completed in the form in one go.
Jinhak Co., Ltd. said, “Drawing on our expertise in online registration, we sought to simplify the application-management tasks that universities and educational institutions perform repeatedly,” adding, “We will continue to improve the service by reflecting the diverse operating environments of educational settings and users’ needs.”
