Gyeryong Construction to launch sales of ‘ELIF Siheung The Prime’ in November; within walking distance of Singil Oncheon Station

[Financial News] New apartments will be offered in a residential area linking the Siheung Geomo Public Housing District in Gyeonggi Province and the Ansan Singil 2 District.
According to Gyeryong Construction on the 22nd, sales of ELIF Siheung The Prime, comprising units with an exclusive area of 84m2, will begin in Siheung Geomo District this November.
ELIF Siheung The Prime will be built on Block B-5 of the public housing district in Geomo-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi Province. The complex will consist of four buildings, with two basement levels and up to 25 floors above ground, and a total of 338 units. Of these, 304 will be offered for general sale. All units will have an exclusive area of 84m2.
Siheung Geomo District is a public housing site of approximately 1.52 million m2 being developed across parts of Geomo-dong and Gunja-dong in Siheung-si. Infrastructure, including apartment and detached housing, commercial and business facilities, schools, and parks, is scheduled to be developed in stages. The planned housing supply is about 11,000 units.
ELIF Siheung The Prime is located in the southeastern part of the district, adjacent to the Ansan Singil 2 Public Housing District. Residents will be able to use the existing commercial area in Geomo-dong as well as amenities in Jeongwang-dong and the Singil and Seonbu-dong areas of Ansan, giving them access to lifestyle infrastructure in both Siheung and Ansan.
Elementary and middle schools, kindergartens, a sports park, and a waterfront park are also planned within the district. According to Gyeryong Construction, the complex has been confirmed as being assigned to an elementary school scheduled to be newly built in the district.
Singil Oncheon Station, served by Capital Region Subway Line 4 and the Suin–Bundang Line, is within walking distance. By car, residents can use the West Ansan Interchange on the Yeongdong Expressway and the South Ansan Interchange on the Pyeongtaek–Siheung Expressway to reach major areas of the Seoul metropolitan region, including Siheung and Ansan.
ELIF Siheung The Prime will feature distinctive design and practical layouts befitting Gyeryong Construction’s residential brand, ELIF. The buildings will be oriented primarily south, and the floor plans will mainly use a slab-style layout.
The complex will also offer convenient storage and parking. Storage rooms will be provided for each household, and the central area of the complex has been planned with sunlight and ventilation in mind. There will be 508 parking spaces in total, or about 1.5 per household.
A sales representative said, “With development of the Siheung Geomo District and the Ansan Singil 2 District proceeding in tandem, a new residential area linking Siheung and Ansan will take shape.” The representative added, “Located where the two districts meet, ELIF Siheung The Prime offers access to Singil Oncheon Station and expressways, a product offering centered on exclusive 84m2 units, and coverage under the price ceiling system, making it a reasonable home-buying opportunity for end users.”
