Shinhan Securities’ Online Investment Seminar Hits 100th Edition, Attracts 108,000 Participants

[Financial News] Shinhan Securities will hold a special 100th-edition event for its online investment information program, “Shinhan Premier My Seminar,” and present its outlook and investment strategies for domestic and overseas stock markets in 2027.
Shinhan Securities said it will hold a special seminar marking the 100th edition of Shinhan Premier My Seminar, an online investment information program for wealth management customers, at 3 p.m. on the 22nd.
My Seminar is an online investment seminar that has been held regularly since its first broadcast in September 2023. Around 1,500 people have participated in each session on average, and cumulative attendance has surpassed 108,000 to date.
Under the slogan “Investing is about learning,” Shinhan Securities’ Research Center, wealth management experts and outside asset management firms have taken part in the program, providing outlooks and investment strategies for domestic and overseas markets. It is operated as a flagship service of Shinhan Premier MyPB Members and has also helped expand customer engagement and boost seminars at branch offices.
The special seminar will be held at 3 p.m. on the 22nd via the Shinhan Premier TV YouTube channel. It will comprise five sessions: the 2027 market outlook; the 2027 KOSDAQ market outlook; the 2027 KOSPI market outlook; the 2027 overseas market outlook; and the outlook for the U.S. midterm elections and their impact on the global economy. Speakers from major domestic financial institutions and market experts will present investment strategies and market outlooks for next year.
In the final session, Dr. Kim Ji-yoon will give a special lecture on “The outlook for the U.S. midterm elections and their impact on the global economy.” The lecture will examine how changes in the global political and economic environment could affect financial markets and highlight key factors investors should watch.
To mark the 100th edition, Shinhan Securities will also hold a customer appreciation event. A total of 500 customers who verify their participation in the seminar will be selected by lottery to receive prizes including pizza sets, chicken sets and mobile gift certificates. The company will also present a “My Seminar Outstanding Suggestion Award,” reflecting its commitment to improving content based on customer feedback.
