[Financial News] The Korea Housing Builders Association (KHBA) will hold practical training for employees of member companies on tax reform, changes in the housing market, financing and the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Up to 250 people can participate free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
According to the association on the 22nd, the 2026 second-half practical training program for member companies' housing businesses will take place at 10:30 a.m. on the 28th at Art Hall Bom on the first floor of Seoul Women's Plaza in Daebang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.
The training will cover four topics: △key points of the Aug. 3 tax reform proposal and its impact on and outlook for the housing market △analysis of real estate policy and housing market trends △guidance on credit support through the PF Information Platform △the future of the housing business in the age of AI transformation (AX).
The program will analyze the impact the tax reform proposal may have on housing businesses and examine ways businesses can respond to tax risks. It will also explore business strategies based on the government's real estate policy direction and market trends.
On financing, the program will explain the credit support system and financial support services available through the PF Information Platform. It will also cover ways to introduce and use AI across the housing business, as well as strategies for future development.
Association Chair Kim Seong-eun said, "We organized this training to offer practical solutions to member companies facing challenges amid tax reform and market changes, and to help them respond proactively to the new paradigm of the AI era." Kim added, "We will continue to expand tailored practical training that helps improve member companies' business environments and strengthen their capabilities."
