[Financial News] KEEN, the U.S. outdoor footwear brand distributed by LF, took part as a partner in the 2026 Oxfam Trailwalker Seoul, held in the Gwanghwamun area of Seoul on the 17th.
According to industry sources on the 22nd, the event is a global fundraising project in which teams of four complete a designated mountain trail. Each team raises funds voluntarily, and the donations are used through Oxfam International, an international relief and development organization, for activities including efforts to address poverty in 80 countries around the world.
Since the event was first held in South Korea in 2017, around 5,000 people have taken part and raised at least 1.6 billion won in donations. This year's event took place on a 20-kilometer course following Cheonggyecheon Stream and the Hanyangdoseong Trail to Bugaksan Mountain and Inwangsan.
KEEN provided 1,000 commemorative T-shirts for participants. LF employees formed four teams of four, took part in the event, and raised and donated a total of 2 million won.
A KEEN representative said, "We joined as a partner because we shared the event's aim of enabling many people to experience the joy of walking a route connecting the city and nature, and to take part in giving to help address poverty."
