[Breaking] Samsung E&A’s Q3 revenue hits 2.9 trillion won ... 1 trillion won in operating profit now all but certain

[Financial News] Samsung E&A announced provisional results on the 22nd, reporting third-quarter revenue of 2.9105 trillion won and operating profit of 500.6 billion won. The figures were up 45.8% and 183.6%, respectively, from the same period last year. The company posted strong results after achieving its 12 trillion won order target for this year of schedule and surpassing 17 trillion won in cumulative orders. It sharply raised its operating profit forecast for this year from an initial 800 billion won to 1.4 trillion won.
