“I Wasted 10 Years and Money”... Seo In-young Cries in Front of a 4.6-Billion-Won Villa

[Financial News] Singer Seo In-young toured a luxury villa with a sale price of 4.65 billion won, regretting her past spending habits and bursting into tears. The villa is located in Achiul Village in Guri, Gyeonggi Province, where actors Han So-hee and Nana are reportedly among the residents.
On the 21st, the YouTube channel “Seo In-young’s Gaegwacheonseon” released a video titled “The Shocking Story of Seo In-young, Who Has Had Five Nose Surgeries, Returning to a Plastic Surgery Clinic (+ Apartment Tour in Guri).” The video showed Seo In-young visiting residential properties in the Guri area.
With the production crew guiding her, Seo In-young visited an apartment and a luxury villa in Guri, Gyeonggi Province, and looked around their interiors and living spaces.
As they traveled, the production crew said many celebrities lived in Guri and mentioned the couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin, as well as Park Jin-young. When Han So-hee and Nana were also mentioned as celebrities who reportedly live in the area, Seo In-young showed interest.
Upon entering the luxury villa in Achiul Village, Guri, Seo In-young admired its spacious interior. As she looked around the kitchen, dressing room and terrace, she said, “I want to live here” and “I don’t want to go home.”
While looking around the house, Seo In-young recalled her financial circumstances in the past and said, “If I’d come here back then, I could’ve bought it and still had money left over.”
According to the real estate agent, the villa Seo In-young visited was on the market for 4.65 billion won. Its exclusive-use area is about 62 pyeong, and it also has a separate terrace of about 12 pyeong.
After learning the sale price, Seo In-young reacted as though buying it right away would be difficult. “I really want to live here, but I don’t think it’s the right time yet,” she said, adding, “It really breaks my heart.”
Even after finishing the tour of the interior, Seo In-young remained delighted with the home. “This has become my dream home” and “It has everything I want,” she said, making clear how much she liked the villa.
Then, as Seo In-young recalled how she had spent money in the past, she seemed overcome with emotion and began to cry.
“Ah, reality is really hitting me. I’m sad—I feel like I’m going to cry,” Seo In-young said, reflecting on the past.
When the production crew asked, “What do you regret most?” Seo In-young replied, “I regret all of it, everything.”
She also opened up about her regrets over the way she had lived and spent money over the past 10 years. “I just have so many regrets. I wasted 10 years and money, too. Why did I live like that, really? What did I blow through all that money on?” Seo In-young said.
She also expressed regret that she had not used her money to help other people in the past. Weeping, Seo In-young said, “If only I’d helped people in need. I couldn’t even do that.”
Seo In-young said visiting the luxury villa had given her a new goal to work toward. “You don’t have to live here to live well, but still, it gives you a bit of a goal, you know,” she added.
