[Financial News] Hana Securities is launching tailored financial education for everyone from elementary school students to parents and school staff.
Hana Securities announced on the 21st that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Seoul Seorae Elementary School for “Tailored Economic Education for Every Stage of Life.”
The agreement is intended to support students in developing sound financial habits and improving their economic thinking, while expanding education to parents and school staff to strengthen their asset-management capabilities at every stage of life.
Under the agreement, Hana Securities plans to offer experiential economic and financial education programs tailored to students and linked to Seoul Seorae Elementary School’s curriculum. Through hands-on content, it plans to explain basic economic concepts in an accessible and engaging way, including managing allowances, saving, the value of time, and investing for the future.
Parents and school staff will receive practical financial education on topics such as asset-management strategies for every stage of life and preparing for retirement through pensions. The company plans to help schools and families work together to improve their understanding of economics and finance.
“Sound financial habits formed in childhood become an important foundation for managing one’s assets throughout life,” said Lee Yong-hyeon, head of Hana Securities’ Western Regional Headquarters. “We will support students in developing healthy financial habits while also providing parents and school staff with information that can practically help them manage their assets.”
