[The Financial News] Hana Bank held an experiential wealth management seminar where it walked around Bukchon in Jongno-gu, Seoul, with wealthy clients to explore changes in commercial districts and the investment value of real estate.
According to financial industry sources on the 21st, Hana Bank is holding its “Talking Investment, 2026 Real Estate Tour Seminar,” inviting around 60 wealthy clients to explore the Bukchon area of Jongno-gu, Seoul, over two days—the 20th and the upcoming 22nd.
The Real Estate Tour Seminar is an experiential real estate investment advisory service in which real estate specialists from the Wealth Management (WM) Division visit promising investment areas selected by the specialists with clients, explaining their analysis and outlook for the area, investment points and more.
Since launching the service in 2015 as the first in South Korea’s financial sector to do so, Hana Bank has held a total of 11 seminars in major areas of investment interest, including the Yongsan International Business District, Hannam-dong and Seongsu-dong.
This year’s seminar is being held under the theme “Bukchon, the Heart of K-Heritage.” It focuses on analyzing real estate market trends and the value of commercial districts in Bukchon, which is rapidly gaining prominence amid the K-culture boom.
Participants explore changes in Bukchon’s commercial districts, development status, investment points and cautions with experts, and hear price analyses of actual properties on the market. They also examine the asset value of traditional culture and receive introductions to wealth management solutions tailored to individual clients.
Kim Jin-woo, head of Hana Bank’s Wealth Management Group, said, “The biggest feature of Hana Bank’s ‘Real Estate Tour Seminar’ is that the bank’s real estate experts visit investment areas in person with clients and provide an immersive, experiential investment advisory service.” He added, “We will continue to identify major areas of investment interest in advance and provide differentiated wealth management consulting services to contribute to the tangible growth of our clients’ assets.”
