[Financial News] 'Nam Chuncheon Centerville' is set to be launched in Hyoja-dong, Chuncheon, Gangwon State. It will be the first new apartment in Hyoja-dong since 2022, arriving after a four-year gap.
According to Dongbu Construction on the 21st, Nam Chuncheon Centerville is a mixed-use complex planned for the area around 681-12 Hyoja-dong, Chuncheon. It will comprise a 6-story underground structure and rise up to 39 floors above ground, with 264 residential units and neighborhood commercial facilities. The units will include 32 with an exclusive area of 59 sq. m. and 232 with an exclusive area of 84 sq. m.
Hyoja-dong is an area with abundant everyday infrastructure in the existing downtown, including educational, medical and commercial facilities.
Dongbu Construction plans to strengthen the complex's competitiveness by building on the area's locational advantages with differentiated design and residential convenience. From the bidding stage, the company actively proposed specialized plans for unit layouts and community facilities for this project.
The plans include improvements to storage space and kitchen layouts inside the units to make better use of space, as well as community facilities designed to accommodate a range of lifestyles. A sky community emphasizing views and a sense of openness will be created on the complex's top floor, the 39th.
Dongbu Construction plans to introduce AI-based residential services to improve everyday convenience and the efficiency of residential management. A company representative said, "Based on differentiated design and quality, we will deliver residential value that customers can experience and continue to strengthen Centerville's brand competitiveness."
