The anime that hit 1.5 billion YouTube views... now it’s transformed into a ‘Cookie’

[Financial News] Characters from the globally popular animated series The Amazing Digital Circus, which has surpassed 1.5 billion cumulative YouTube views, are coming to Cookie Run. Devsisters is seeking to win over fans worldwide with limited-time content that brings popular characters and the series’ universe to two of its mobile games.
Devsisters announced on the 21st that it would collaborate with The Amazing Digital Circus in the mobile role-playing game (RPG) CookieRun: Kingdom and the idle RPG Cookie Run: Grow - Cookie Run: Crumble.
The collaboration content will be available in CookieRun: Kingdom from today through November 18, and in Cookie Run: Crumble from the 22nd through November 19.
The Amazing Digital Circus is an animated series co-produced by American animator Gooseworx and Australian production company Glitch Productions. It tells the story of Pomni, the protagonist trapped in a circus in a virtual world, who goes on adventures with other characters under the direction of Caine, the administrator AI. Since its first release in 2023, the series has concluded with a total of nine episodes this June. It has recorded at least 1.5 billion cumulative YouTube views and approximately 100 million cumulative hours watched on Netflix.
In this collaboration, characters from the animated series will make new appearances adapted to the Cookie Run universe.
In CookieRun: Kingdom, an event story will follow the circus troupe as they make their way to the Cookie Kingdom. The protagonist, Pomni, and popular character Jax will appear as Special-grade Cookies that players can control and develop. Ragatha, Gangle, Zooble, Kinger and Caine will also be added as guest characters.
A boss raid will also pit players against an ‘abstracted’ being from the animated series. Players can enjoy the atmosphere of the original in the game through kingdom decorations that recreate the circus stage, limited-edition Cookie skins and more.
Starting with the update on the 22nd, circus troupe members will join the battle in Cookie Run: Crumble. Seven troupe-member Cookies, including Pomni and Jax, will be added in stages as Special-grade characters, and Bubble, Caine’s assistant, will appear as a Special-grade pet.
