[Financial News] KB Kookmin Bank is joining forces with Younglimwon Soft Lab to advance digital transformation and expand embedded finance services in the business-to-business (B2B) sector.
According to financial industry sources on the 20th, KB Kookmin Bank signed a business agreement with Younglimwon Soft Lab at its new building in Yeouido, Seoul, on the 19th to “advance B2B digital transformation and build an embedded finance ecosystem.”
The agreement was pursued to integrate KB Kookmin Bank’s embedded finance services into Younglimwon Soft Lab’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, creating an environment where corporate customers can manage funds and handle financial tasks more easily. It focuses on reducing the inconvenience of having to use a separate financial platform and enabling companies to access financial services within their business systems.
The two companies plan to develop embedded finance services linked to ERP and strengthen their connection with corporate transaction banking to improve the efficiency of corporate customers’ financial operations. They also plan to expand the scope of their cooperation in the B2B market.
