Samsung Securities Joins Fall Baseball Fever, Expands ‘Signed Up for a Pension, Cluck!’ Event

[Financial News] Samsung Securities is keeping its event for baseball fans going through the fall baseball season, following the regular season, in step with the excitement surrounding professional baseball.
Samsung Securities said on the 20th that it would expand its ‘Samsung Securities Pension Signup, Cluck!’ event to coincide with the professional baseball postseason.
The event is set to take place in Jamsil for the Semi-playoffs on October 20–21, in Daegu for the playoffs on October 25–26, and in Suwon for the Korean Series on November 2–3.
In Jamsil, 50 people will be selected for each game date through an on-site social media verification event. In Daegu, participants can answer a quiz on Samsung Securities’ official Instagram account and enter through a Google Form; 200 people in total will be selected. The scale of the event in Suwon and how winners will be selected will be decided later.
Winners will receive a ‘Samsung Securities Pension Signup, Cluck!’ package consisting of chicken and drinks. The packages can be picked up at the Insaeng Sunsal Chicken booth at Exit 6 of Sports Complex Station by Jamsil Baseball Stadium, and at the Norang Tongdak booth inside Daegu Samsung Lions Park.
Earlier, Samsung Securities held the ‘Samsung Securities Pension Signup, Cluck!’ event at Jamsil Baseball Stadium during the final week of the regular season, starting on the 29th of last month. Around 2,000 spectators took part in the event at the time.
A Samsung Securities representative said, “With professional baseball’s popularity continuing to soar, we prepared this event to give fans special memories of watching games in person. I hope this event will help younger generations see pensions not as financial products for the distant future, but as products they should take an interest in and prepare for starting now.”
