[Financial News] The cumulative number of users of Bithumb AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) investment information service operated by Bithumb, surpassed 500,000 just 47 days after its launch. In particular, most users with monthly trading volumes of at least KRW 100 million were found to have used the service.
According to the virtual asset industry on the 20th, Bithumb AI averaged about 80,000 visitors per day. About 70% of users who traded virtual assets on Bithumb used the service, and the usage rate among those trading at least KRW 100 million a month reached 95%. The cumulative total of 500,000 users counts members who have used the service since its launch, with no duplicates.
Bithumb AI was developed in collaboration with Surf, an AI analysis platform specializing in virtual assets. It provides investment information by bringing together technical indicators for individual assets, on-chain data and market trends. Its four main features are AI Asset Signals, AI Asset Analysis, AI Daily Market Brief and AI Recommended Questions.
To mark the service reaching 500,000 users, Bithumb is holding a virtual asset giveaway event through the first of next month. Members eligible to participate are those with no trading history from July 20 through the 19th of this month. After completing an application, members who buy virtual assets offered through AI Asset Signals at least once can receive virtual assets worth up to KRW 100,000 at random. The rewards are scheduled to be distributed on the 10th of next month.
A Bithumb representative said, "We will continue to gather feedback from users, improve the service's features and make investment information more accessible."
Meanwhile, last month Bithumb held an event to mark the launch of Bithumb AI, offering members who posted user reviews and other content Bitcoin and prizes worth up to KRW 3 million.
