[Financial News] INNOCEAN has won awards at advertising competitions in the U.S. and Middle East in quick succession.
According to industry sources on the 20th, INNOCEAN's U.S. subsidiary (IUS) won an award at the 2026 Jay Chiat Awards, organized by the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's).
Now in its 29th year, the Jay Chiat Awards are a strategy-focused awards program, and their results are reflected in the World Advertising Research Center (WARC)'s global advertising effectiveness rankings.
INNOCEAN's U.S. subsidiary won silver awards in the Influencer and Creator Strategy category for Hyundai Motor's “IONIQ 9 Escape Garage” and in the Automotive Strategy category for Genesis's “A New Beginning in Luxury.”
INNOCEAN's U.S. social media team was named in the Agency Social Media Team category of the Team Visionary Awards, in which marketing publication Adweek selects outstanding teams across 13 categories. Participatory campaigns that invited consumers to share customization ideas for Hyundai Motor's IONIQ 5 and Santa Fe in the comments, among others, were well received.
INNOCEAN's Africa and Middle East subsidiary also delivered results. At the MDME Awards, to be held in Dubai on the 23rd, it will win awards in three categories for a Kia campaign and has also been named “Best Digital Agency of the Year.” The MDME Awards are a specialized digital marketing awards program for the Middle East, and this is the subsidiary's first time winning at an advertising awards event.
Jeon Il-su, INNOCEAN's global business chief and head of its Americas regional headquarters (executive vice president), said, “Beyond the success of individual campaigns, this means the strategies of INNOCEAN's overseas subsidiaries have been recognized for their competitiveness in major global markets.” He added, “We will continue to actively seek out new global business opportunities by combining our content strengths with our media and data capabilities.”
