[Financial News] Oscotec said on the 20th that it had revamped its official website and expanded the information it discloses on its new drug pipeline, research and development (R&D), corporate governance, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters.
The website outlines the development stages and research behind its key pipeline programs. In particular, it introduces its research strategy for anti-resistance cancer drugs (ACART), which target residual cancer cells that cause resistance and recurrence after cancer treatment, and Rivendel, an AI-based platform for discovering drug candidates. Rivendel analyzes biological changes at the single-cell level to identify candidates that may inhibit residual cancer cells from acquiring resistance.
It has also added information on corporate governance and ESG. The company has made public its code of ethics, information on its board and committees, audits, and articles of incorporation, and set up an ESG factbook and a channel for receiving stakeholder feedback. Oscotec, which published an ESG factbook last September, also plans to publish a 2027 sustainability report.
Shin Dong-jun, Oscotec’s chief financial strategy officer, said, "We will transparently share not only our research achievements but also our development process and management standards, and expand communication with domestic and international investors and partners."
