The Hi Seoul Company certification program identifies and supports promising Seoul-based small and medium-sized enterprises with strong growth, profitability, stability and productivity, as well as technological and quality competitiveness. Final selections are made following a rigorous, comprehensive evaluation that includes a quantitative assessment, an in-person presentation evaluation and an on-site inspection.
Space V demonstrated the foundation for a sustainable business by recording operating profits alongside rapid growth in annual transaction value. In fact, 33m2 recorded an annual transaction value of 188 billion won in 2025, while its cumulative transaction value surpassed 450 billion won in the first half of this year.
Targeting a range of short-term housing needs related to moving, interior design, business trips and study, 33m2 has systematized the entire process, from searching for a home and signing a contract to payment, move-in, settlement and move-out. Its in-house planning, development and operations teams have also played a key role in improving transaction stability and strengthening its system for handling disputes. Recently, the company substantially broadened access for global users, including foreign nationals and overseas Koreans, by introducing an English-language service and improving its international sign-up and payment processes.
Following this Hi Seoul Company certification, Space V plans to actively leverage the Hi Seoul Company network to expand cooperation between companies and public- and private-sector partnerships in a variety of ways.
Park Hyung-jun, CEO of Space V, said, “Being selected as a Hi Seoul Company is the result of 33m2’s business capabilities and growth potential, built up over the years, receiving external recognition. We will continue to invest in improving the safety and convenience of our service, and take the next step toward becoming Korea’s leading short-term rental platform, trusted by customers at home and abroad.”
