Bricks Investment, led by CEO Hong Ji-hyeop, announced on the 19th that it had signed an MOU with Algocare, led by CEO Jung Ji-won, to collaborate on senior nutrition care and wellness services. The partnership aims to combine Algocare’s personalized nutrition management technology with Soyo Hannam’s distinctive residential services, creating an environment where residents can more conveniently maintain healthy habits in their daily lives.
Algocare provides an innovative solution that recommends optimal combinations of nutrients based on individuals’ health information and lifestyle habits, and supports supplement intake and tracking through a dedicated device and app. It supplies ingredients from global suppliers in cartridge form, manufactured at GMP facilities in Korea, helping people enjoy expert-level nutrition management at home.
The two companies first plan to create an experiential space at the Soyo Hannam Gallery where visitors can try personalized nutrition management firsthand and explore in advance how the services can be used in the residence. They will then finalize the specific service offerings and usage plans for residents with occupancy contracts and other residents.
With this partnership, Soyo Hannam plans to make senior nutrition care a core pillar of its residential services, taking close account of residents’ diets, daily rhythms and individual health management needs. It plans to integrate meals, exercise, wellness programs and personalized nutrition management, helping residents consistently follow health routines tailored to them in the familiar surroundings of their home.
“The quality of living that Soyo Hannam aspires to provide means creating a place that deeply understands each resident’s life and thoughtfully supports a healthy daily routine,” said Bricks Investment CEO Hong Ji-hyeop. “Through our partnership with Algocare, we will develop services that make personalized nutrition management a natural part of people’s daily meals and lives.”
“For personalized nutrition management to become firmly embedded in daily life, it needs to be supported not only by excellent technology but also by a residential environment where it can be used conveniently,” said Algocare CEO Jung Ji-won. “Just as Soyo Hannam is raising the bar for residential living and operations, Algocare will also raise the standard for personalized nutrition care and make nutrition management tailored to each resident’s physical condition a refined part of everyday life.”
Soyo Hannam by Parnas, being developed in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, is a high-end senior residence that closely integrates upscale living spaces, distinctive lifestyle services, medical care and wellness to support an independent and active life for its senior residents.
